1955 Locust Ave. - Construction Update

Construction has been progressing very well and the first unit is just about complete.

Two more units will be vacated in the next few weeks with construction commencing immediately afterwards.

Reseda Medical Arts Building - Final Permit Issued!

We finally finished remodeling at Reseda Medical Arts Building (RMB) and received approval from the City! It was a long haul, but we completely remodeled the exterior of the building, added a second floor patio deck common area, and added an elevator on the interior of the building. Special thanks to Isaac Sananes, of Structa Building Solutions who was the General Contractor for the project. Isaac has also recently become an investor with CSQ!

1470 Elm Ave - In Escrow and fully subscribed

We’re excited about the prospect of this building. It’s in escrow so I won’t dive into it much here except to mention the capital raise for this project is complete. Hoping for a quick close of escrow!
