Suffice it to say I’m born and bred an entrepreneur. Even in Real Estate, I am very much still an entrepreneur as I grow CSQ into a business to provide Freedom Through Passive Income for dozens of investors.
In fact entrepreneurship is such an important part of my life, I’ve been a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, a global organization of over 15,000 entrepreneurs, for almost 10 years and now President of the Los Angeles North Chapter.
Anyone who is or knows an entrepreneur knows we are a special breed. Being one for all of my life, I have a special place in my heart for entrepreneurs.
According to the SBA we provide 48% of the private sector jobs in the United States. The old adage is true, “Why work 40 hours a week for someone else, when I can work 80 hours for myself.”
Burning the midnight oil is a routine occurance for most entrepreneurs and all entrepreneurs just starting off.
Most small business owners are inundated 24/7 with issues from legal to financial to HR to marketing to clients, etc. I pride myself in helping entrepreneurs create passive income streams to complement their active income streams from running their business.
BUT, no one can run their business the way they can. They NEED to run their business.
That’s where CSQ comes in. A company that can be trusted to invest their hard earned income to provide indefinite passive income. Finally a way for their money to work for them instead of the other way around.
Referencing the statistic from the SBA above, America needs entrepreneurs to keep doing what they’re doing. BUT, even entrepreneurs need a break and some passive income can be just what the doctor ordered to reward them for their never-ending work and dedication.
I’ve started or helped start 6 different businesses over the years and after all the years of hard work, it’s great to have some of that effort returned as passive income for putting in my time.
