We had a smooth close of escrow this week on this 10 unit apartment building consisting of all 2+1 units. We negotiated with the seller to keep the units vacant if any occurred and we were fortunate to get three vacant upon close! We will start construction on these tomorrow and hope to have them complete within a month.
